Shipping policy

All orders are processed within four business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders will ship no later than 5 business days after order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Each shipping option displays the number of business days in which you should receive your order (during normal circumstances) once it has shipped.

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Curbside Pick-up

You can skip the shipping free with free curbside pick-up. After placing your order and selecting pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within two hours. We will send you an email when it is ready, along with instructions.

Our curbside pick-up is available Wednesday - Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. In a hurry? Give us a call at (805) 688-1082. We will do our best to expedite preparation of your order!

Wildling Museum of Art & Nature, 1511 Mission Drive, Ste. B, Solvang, CA 93463. Please park in lot behind the Museum and either call (805) 688-1082 or ring the doorbell outside the back entrance to the Gift Shop.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to track its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your order within three days of the estimated date of arrival given in the tracking information, please contact us at store@wildlingmuseum.org with your name and order number , and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more information, please see: Refund Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@wildlingmuseum.org with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
