Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy at the discretion of the Museum. Please contact us about exchanges of sizes or colors.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags, unwashed, in the original packaging, and able to be restocked. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Consignment items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email store@wildlingmuseum.org with your name and order number.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Customers will have to supply their own return shipping for all orders. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at store@wildlingmuseum.org.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Additional discounts not available on Sale priced items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your order for the same item but a different color or size, send us an email at store@wildlingmuseum.org to check on availability.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wildling Museum of Art & Nature, 1511 Mission Drive, Ste. B, Solvang, CA 93463.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
